How can a from be submitted without required fields filled in????

I have an International InfoPath 2003 form that was submitted by a user in
China. Somehow the person was able to submit the form WITHOUT all of the
required fields being filled out. How is this possible? Did I do something
wrong? Has this ever happened to anyone else? URGENT!! Thank you for any
help you can give!

Hi,
I have a question here. How you are submitting the form? I mean using the
code or using Submit button? If you are using the code, you can submit the
form by deleting the errors (by deleting the validations on required fields).
Once check out your code.

Thank you for your response. No I am not using code, just the default Submit
option, which sends the InfoPath request to a SharePoint library. Thanks
again for any help you can give me on this...it is quite urgent for me.
