How can a Power point presentation be reduced in size to be e-mail

How can a Power point presentation be reduced in size to be e-mailed. It
contains a lot of photos adn the size is 61 megabites. I can not send it as
an attachment.

Try turning off fast saves first (Tools > Options > Save), then save it under
a new filename. Next, follow the article link listed below:
