how can activate my email form?

My host company says it has to point to gdform.asp but I don't see where I'd
be able to point it. Publisher gives me the option to send the form info to
an email address but that doesn't work either.
Can someone please help?

I am having the same issue but what I found is you need the http protocol or
ftp
HTTP is the server and FTP is with frontpage. I am waiting on my answer
also. check out Publisher help and search Publish a Publisher Web Site
