Email Client: pop
This just started last week...
I am having weird and intermittent server connection failure issues. For some reason unknown at this time, the client works for a while, then suddenly fails to connect to the mail server. Some time later, it miraculously figures itself out and emails flow once again.
Lots more detail I could give for troubleshooting, but I suspect it's the ISP hosting us.
What I need right now is to keep the error log which shows the failure times. That way, our ISP can match those times with logs / events on their side and begin figuring out what's going on.
After letting the log pile up all day yesterday and wanting to add to them today, I discover that the logs must not ever be flushed to disk, coz they're apparently wiped between Entourage launches.
So... How can I flush the error log to disk or otherwise save it? Although you can select all errors in the log display window to delete them 'en masse', you cannot copy them to paste somewhere else. Any ideas?
Thank you...
