how can i accept a lotus notes meeting request in outlook 2003

I am running exchange 2003 with outlook 2003. When i receive an calendar
appointment from a lotus notes user i cant accept/decline or suggest a new
time, also it does not add the appointment to my outlook calendar. Is there a
compatabilty download i can use to enable this.
