How can I access z/os VSAM files through ODBC?

I'm trying to access a mainframe SEQ or VSAM file thru ODBC (MS-ACCESS), but
have not been successful, although I have been able to access the mainframe's
DB2 subsystem.... Any assistance would be greatly appreciated..
