Hi,

I would like to add some text to a Word doc (using Word 2003) which can be
seen directly, but is not printed.
Tried the comment option, but that appears in the print preview.

Best I could do sofar is using de doc. properties and add a comment there.
But that is not directly visible.

Thanks,
Wim

you can use comments but when you go to file-print... you should use print
what: document NOT print what: document showing markup

I hope this helps..

Yep, this is the way to go!

Another question: is there a way to keep the Print What setting to Document
fixed, because if I close and re-open the doc. it resets to Document and
Mark-up

Thanks for your assistance
Wim
