How can I add a photo interface to my DB?

I would like to add a photo ID feature interface to my
web app that would then store the photo in my access db.
Does anyone know of a third party tool or company that
has something developed?

Our company has created web-based photo inferfaces with
SQL Server 2k & Oracle - so I'm sure it can't be that
different in access.
