How can I add a .wav and a button to stop sound to this page?

Hello. I have two flash files playing in frames on this page--one in the top
right corner and one in the middle. I want to add a wav file to start
playing when the page loads. I also want the text Sound Off to be clicked
when someone wants to stop the wav file. When the refresh button is pressed
or the page is otherwise reloaded, the music should start again.

Any help, ideas, or links to explain how to do this would be greatly
appreciated. Anybody who would actually design this for me and send it to me
through email or post it somewhere so I can download it and cut and paste
the code into my page would be very nice!

Ok. I figured out how to do it with simple html from this webpage:

Now I just need to learn how to compress my wav file to make it much
smaller.
