How can I add an ADD REMINDER button in Access 2003?

Hello all,

I have Access 2000 which has a number of sample databases.
One of them is called CONTACT.

When I open CONTACT in the FORM view, there is a button
marked "ADD REMINDER".

When pressed, this button allows me to set reminders on a
calendar and write a specific note for each one. The
reminder then pops up every time I open Access.

I would like to put an "ADD REMINDER" button in my own
database forms but I'm new to Access and don't know how to
do it. Can somebody help me?
