How can I add an Enterprise Resource without using up a CAL?

I want to add a resource to the Enterprise Resource Pool,
but that resource will not be using PWA and so we do not
want to use up one of our CALs. I tried adding her to the
Enterprise Resource Pool but setting her account to
Inactive, but then she doesn't show up in the Enterprise
Resource Pool. Is there some other way I can set up her
account or some other way to add her to the Enterprise
Resource Pool, without using up another CAL? A Project
Manager needs to be able to assign her tasks on his team,
but she won't be updating the tasks in PWA.
Thanks!

Jo:

There are no license enforcement routines in Project Server, so as long as
the resource is not using Web Access, you're not burning a license. In the
resource information dialog, however, you should set the workgroup value to
none. This will prevent email and timesheets from being populated.

Gary,

Thanks for the info, and the recommendation. I changed her
account to Project Server Authentication, too, so she
can't login unless I tell her the password.

I noticed, though, that when I changed her Workgroup, the
values in two of the Custom Enterprise Outline Code fields
were deleted. The Custom Enterprise Text field was still
populated. Is it expected that changing the Workgroup
would force me to re-enter those values?

We're using 2003, but I just talked to the sysadmin this
morning and it appears we do not have SP1. He's working on
installing that.
Thanks.
