How can I add an image for a watermark to my Outlook stationery?

I have an image in my clipart organizer that I would like to use temporarily
for a few select messages. How do I get the image onto the stationery?

Also, is there a way when creating a new message to select which stationery
you want to create a message (that is, without having to go into the tools
menu and options and all that, a quicker way to choose)? There are a few of
the stationery options I would like, but to have to go through the steps to
change it is a hassle when I'm in the middle of a project.

Find the .htm file for the stationery and add the image. On my PC, to get
to the document, the path is Program Files>Common Files>Microsoft
Shared>Stationery.

Edit the .htm file in whatever tool you prefer.

Create it as a Form:

Start a 'New' message and your stationery like usual, then when you're done
setting up the e-mail the way you want it to open each time, including
subject, etc., go to 'Save as' in the e-mail dialoge and save it as an
Outlook Template (.oft). The directory for Templates will automatically be
selected when you change the 'Save as Type' to Outlook Template.

Then, instead of starting a new message when you want to use the template,
go to Tools>Forms>Choose a Form.

In the "Look In" drop down, select 'User Templates in File System'

Your Template should be in the list. Double-click it and your new message
will open.

If you want to reduce some of your steps getting to the form, you can also
customize your tool buttons and add a "Choose a Form..." button to your
toolbar.
