How can I add automatic comments with date and time?

I am creating a document in Microsoft Word 2007. I want every word in
my document to automatically have a comment that can display the date
on which I wrote the particular word.
Please help.
Thank you.

If you just need the information about when you entered the text, (i.e.
you do not actually need a separate Word Comment for every word), then
it is likely to be a lot easier to turn on Review->Track Changes and
display the Reviewing Pane (e.g. if you display it horizontally the
date/time of text insertion should be displayed).

thank you enough.
Thank. you.

Of course, as you edit, the document will become very complicated, and
when you eventually "accept the changes," all this information will go
away. So it may also make sense to make and keep a copy of your document
at the end of each editing session, then accept the changes. To find
when you entered/modified something, you might then need to go back
through your copies. But that's probably still simpler than trying to
mark every separate word's insertion/edit time.
