In Outlook, File, Export to Export your contact list, and then you'll
need to look at the Scanner manual to see how to import, if that's
possible.

Most printing/scanning devices that support address books can either import a
comma-separated values (CSV) file or can connect to an LDAP server. For the
former, export your contacts as a CSV, including only the name and mail
address fields and and any other fields your device supports or needs or
configure it to access your Active Directory using LDAP.
