How can I add rounded text inside a doughnut autoshape?

I am really trying to make a professional looking label that is a doughnut
autoshape with text inside the 2 circles. I am using Microsoft Word 2003.
Any ideas?

'Professional' is something of an oxymoron in this context. Word is
word-processor, not a professional graphics application. If you want a
professional result, use an application designed for the purpose (amongst
others: Corel, PhotoShop, even Publisher).

Have a look at WordArt. It provides several "button" arrangements that may
do what you need.

As Suzanne says, check out WordArt's offerings.

If they're not enough, and you're using a postscript printer (or a product
like Adobe Acrobat distiller) to output your document, I can provide some
postscript code for use inside a PRINT field to do this.

Cheers
