how can I add theme buttons?

I have been trying to add a theme into a page and trying to add buttons to
it, problem is that I cant seem to find any help on how to add theme buttons
or theme banners. Can anyone please let me know how to add theme buttons and
banners. All i seee about buttons is Hover buttons. thanks in advance.

You have to create a navigation structure for your site under Navigation View.
