I am using Outlook 2003 and am having trouble setting margins to match view
so that I can print all columns on one page (number of pages doesn't matter).
Here is what I am trying to do:
Set the print margins to fit to one page wide, like you can do in Excel.
I've tried page setup, setting the right and left margins to the max (.25"),
but that doesn't help.
I can't find a way to reduce print size. When I use the printer options to
print at 80%, for instance, all that happens is the same amount of columns
still print but they just take up less room on the page.
I have managed to get all the fields to print on one page width by reducing
the width of the fields, but I have to keep adjusting one field, doing a
print preview, then adjusting the second page, do another print preview, and
so on.
It seems like there must be a way to do this. I have my internet options
print selections set to .25" also, by the way.
