How can I allow my co-workers to use the macros I created

Lisa

Good afternoon, how are you today.

It is 08/24/04, 2:33 pm eastern time.

I am not sure if I do have the correct selection for my
question but if its ok I would like to post it just in
case. :)

Ok.:) I am creating macros for Microsoft Word and I
wanted to know if it is possible for me to allow a co-
worker to use the macros from there computer. If so can
you please give me some instructions on how to go about
doing that.

Thank you very much for your help. I really appreciate
it. I will be here from 830 am to 430 pm estern time.

Two methods:
(1.) Copy your "normal.dot" (without quotes) to your co-workers machine.

(2.) Start a new Word document (called, say, co-workers macros)
(a.) Tools | Templates and Add-ins, click on ""organizer" button
(b.) click on "Macro Projects Items" tab
(c.) select the macros in the right-hand (normal.dot) pane that you need
and click the "<<Add" button to add them to the left-hand pane [ensure that
"Macro Project Items available in" lists the document that you have just
created]
(d.) Take your Word document to your friend's computer, open it, and
follow the same process, except that you want to "Add" the macros FROM the
document TO normal.dot
