How can I allow Outlook to accept repeated words like Walla Walla

Word in Outlook keeps alerting me that names like Walla Walla are repeated. I
live in WW and need to use the name frequently. How do I program Word so that
it will allow selected "repeated" words?

Move down the road to Yakima. From reading these posts and folks answers for
a couple of years, I don't believe there is any other solution.

Type out Walla"non-breaking space"Walla, select it and create a AutoCorrect
entry. Using replace Walla with the Walla Walla entry.

Actually creating an AutoText instead of AutoCorrect might be better in this
case.

Type out Walla'nonbreakingspace'Walla. Select it and press ALT+F3. Name it
Walla

Thanks for trying to help! It would allow WallaWalla but I would still have
to go back and correct it to Walla Walla.
Again, Thanks for trying!

If you type Walla"Ctrl+Shift+Spacebar"Walla

It will appear as Walla Walla.

Select that, press ALT+F3 and name the autotext entry Walla.

When you type Walla and the autocomplete tip appears press enter.

Walla Walla will be entered and there is nothing you need to fix.

Could be worse. You could be selling back to back tape for wall to wall
carpeting door to door.

Two problems with this:

1. Back-to-back and wall-to-wall (as adjectives) would be hyphenated. ("Door
to door" is used adverbially, so is not hyphenated.)

2. Word's grammar checker won't flag either of these since the words are not
"repeated" (back back, wall wall, door door).
