How can I apply a specific format to all boxes in an org chart?

I'm setting up an org chart where I want the names to be in bold font and the
titles in normal font. If I copy a correctly-formatted box by drag and drop,
the new box loses the bold format. If I use the format painter to copy the
format from one box to another then the title becomes bold as well. Is there
a way to set up formatting either before or after the chart is created so
that the format is applied to all boxes rather than having to individually
reformat each one? Thanks.

Just an answer without thinking or trying :
Cannot you select multiple shapes and apply change some properties ?

Before you place any shapes on the drawing, (assumes that you're doing an org
chart drawing):
1.) goto Menu Bar > Organization Chart > Options. Click on the Field tab
to assign various properties to selected shape locations. Click on the Text
tab to modify font, etc for each Field property entry.

2.) Drag & drop shapes. They will have the format desired. Save drawing.
When you re-open, the formats should be preserved.

3.) Caveat: if you use the wizard to update by importing data from
outside, e.g., Excel spread sheet, it may clobber all of the above. Haven't
tried to verify this.

Looks like it preserves the shape formatting, but, as always, it does re-do
the org chart structure.
