How can I arrange my mail conversation in Outlook like in Gmail

Hello everyone,

I want to have all emails that have the same topic and are sent to the
same people to be grouped in my inbox like it is done in Gmail. Can this
be achieved in Outlook 2007 and 2003?

I don't use Gmail's webmail client, only local e-mail clients. Have you
yet visited the menus yet, like View -> Arrange By -> Conversation?
