How can i assigend 7 hours of total work in a day using automatic

Hi i wants to make sure the when i do scheduling i dont leave a single hour
gap our employees work 7 hours day in total and has 1 hour lunch... they work
by hour so on a project they may be assigned a 3 hour or 5 hour or a full day
and i wants to make sure that their 7 hour slack is always full how can i
achieve this what is the best view for me to work in i must be able to see
all other project that the resource may be workin on.

i.e. i am scheduling a resource to work on oct 15 for 4 hours project must
show me all tasks that resource is working on oct 15 so i dont overallocate
him and that save my time resolving the conflict.

Hi Imran,
This needs to be setup in several areas...

1. Change the Enterprise Calendar to reflect your working day and 7 hours.
Make sure that this calendar is associated with each enterprise resource
2. Change each MS Project client to reflect the same working hours.
3. When logging into the MS Project client, make sure the load summary
resource assignments checkbox is selected.
4. Use the resource usage view to see the other commitments for each
resource.
