How can I automatically have a "from" address inserted

Need to automatically enter a specific "from" address into all new mail
messages and forwarded mail messages.

Can this be done by changing the mail message template? Or is VBA code
needed?

Would like to have this automated for all mail formats

Outlook doesn't provide any direct way to change the From address for an outgoing message. See
http://www.outlookcode.com/codedetail.aspx?id=889 for various workarounds that might fit your scenario.
