How can I avoid "downloading content from a server" when replying?

Hello,

You've seen it: You have a person that loves all of those smiley faces, etc.
You receive all email in html. You have outlook setup to block html content
from a server.

You receive the email from this person and have to reply. You don't say OK
to to download content as the message says: "To complete this action, Outlook
must download content from a server other than your e-mail server. This could
verify to the sender that your e-mail address is valid and increase the
amount of junk e-mail you receive in the future." Great message and very true!

You don't want to set all mail as plain text.

Is there a way to select whether to not download the content or selectively
open as plain text?

Please advise. Thanks!
