How can I balance the rows in a table within newsletter columns?

I want to create a table and would like this table to wrap within three
newsletter-style columns and automatically balance the newsletter-style
columns. I created the newsletter-style columns, pasted the table into the
document and inserted a continuous section break at the end. The columns
almost balance but there is three extra rows in the first two columns. When
I try to balance them with manual column breaks the table gets seperated.
Any suggestions?
