How can I browse for a file and return the path and filename in A.

I want to provide functionality for the user whereby they can browse for and
select a text file for import. I want to be able to have the file's path and
name returned and programmatically import the file using an existing saved
import spec. Using the runcommand method constant of acCmdImport lets me
browse but then takes me directly to the import wizard.
I am using Access97.
