How can I burn updates on CD for Office 2002?

My work place has a slow internet accsess and ther are loads of updates to do
for some of the PC`s. Instead of taking hours on the net and blocking
everything I would like to copy/burn the updates on CD so that I can update
each PC quickly.

But I don`t know how to do it, please help!!

When a PC is updated, Microsoft will let you do it automatically or
manually.You can save any Microsoft update to a hard disk as a standalone
file. When you click on an individual update and the download screen
appears, click on SAVE. It will ask you what folder to save to and you
nominate the folder you want. (Create a new one in Explorer for this). Once
you have all the updates, copy to the CD. Then copy the contents of the CD
into a folder in any machine you wish to update. To activate the update,
click on the individual update file. What you must be aware of is that every
PC may have different updates loaded, so you will have to access the
catalogue for the product to obtain ALL the updates. Also updates/Service
Packs may have to be loaded in a specific sequence, so you will have to
browse the details in the updates to check.
