How can i call the "insert Object" form ???

When I put the "Unbound Object Frame" control on a form in design view, then
a form called "insert Object" pops up and I can select a specific picture to
insert into.
Who can i call this specific form from runtime???
I want the user of my application to insert objects in runtime in his
database.....

Any help appreciated.......
