How can I center my web in publisher. Ever appears in left size!!

Hi! I'm a spanish user. Sorry if my english is bad. When I publish my web
from Publisher, ever appears in left side of the navigator (IE). I don't know
how do it, or editing in Publisher or to changing html code. I'm desperate.
