How can I change 2007 Outlook Calendar to the 2003 Planner View?

How can I change 2007 Outlook Calendar to the 2003 Outlook Planner View?
This was called the Work view in 2003 Outlook.

Thanks for your quick reply.

How can I request an update for 2007 Outlook? I hate the new views, and
will uninstall 2007 Office and return to 2003 Office if it can't be changed.
