My colleagues send large numbers of mails. They all have rights to a
'departmental mailbox' as well as their own personal mailbox. We would like
all emails to be sent on behalf of the departmental mailbox rather than the
individual's mailbox.
The only way we have discovered for doing this is to ensure the 'From' field
is visible when sending a mail and then select the required name from the
(very large) address book. This is very tedious because it is done for every
single email being sent.
Are there any settings which the users can adopt which will allow all emails
to be automatically sent from the 'departmental mailbox'.
We are on Outlook 2000.
