how can i change iamge format or type from jpeg to bmp and how can i
change the image to 16x11 help iam on rush

Use Windows Paint or IrfanView (www.irfanview.com). Open the existing file,
crop it or resize it as you want, and use the File > Save As command to save
it as another type of file.

BTW, this really has nothing at all to do with Office.
