How can I change my default email reply format from text to html?

When I reply to an email in Outlook 2003 it always sets the message as plain
text. How do I change this to html?

This group is about Word fields and mailmerge, not Outlook.

But have a look at Outlook Tools|Options|Mail Format|"Compose in this
message format"
