How can I change sender address?

I am going to be sending out a mass mailer and do not want my personal
address to appear as the sender. We have a company 'public' address and I
would like for that address to appear, is there a way for me to do this?

You'd need to start Outlook with a mail profile that logs directly onto the mailbox for that address, then run the merge.
