How can I change the color theme in outlook 2007 beta

I like the black color theme of outlook 2007 beta that I get when I run the
application under windows Vista. However, in XP it is blue. Even if I change
the color of XP itself, outlook stays blue. Any idea of how I can change this?

You can change it in the Ribbon programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
Office Logo-> Options-> Personalize

Here's a different method. Open a new item in Outlook. Click on the OFfice logo at upper left. Choose Editor Options. You'll see a choice for changing the theme.

Ah! I thought there might be choices besides Vista gray and XP blue. I
guess I was expecting too much.
