How can I change the From: address in an email submit?

I would like to have a form that submits via email send all emails from our
customerservice email box, rather than from the individual filling out the
form. How can I accomplish this? It is preferred, but not required, to find
a non-code solution so the business can manage this form entirely. However,
since it is a requirement to send the form from the customerservice email
box, if this can only be done via code, that's fine.

I don't believe that you can (potential security issues).

I had suspected as much. Since each of our customer service reps has
security to email from this common customerservice email box (but it is not
set as the default), I hope future releases of InfoPath allow for this need.
