The built-in keystroke for tabbing to the next ruler tab within a table cell is option-TAB. One can't use just TAB because that brings you to the next cell rather than moving the cursor to the ruler tab.
Word 2008 "Tools: Customize Keyboard" enables one to change shortcuts, but apparently this is not considered a shortcut. I have a conflict in that I use option-TAB globally for something else. Is there a way to change the keystroke for option-TAB within tables in Word?
