How can I change the language of MS Office menu system to English?

M Shafaat

Hi,
I have purchased a package of Microsoft Home Use programs of Office Pro 2003
through my employer. After installing, I noticed that the menu system is in
Swedish. But I want it to be in English. I tried to use the MS tool for
language settings of Office programs without success.

Is there anyone who knows how I can change the menu language into English?

Why is it a problem?
Different menu languages means different menu shortcuts. I am a frequent
user of shortcuts. Besides, I have several computers with MS Office
installed on and the menu language of all of them except the latest one is
English. This means that I have to learn to use two different sets of
shortcuts and also to remember which shortcut to use every time I want to
use one. This is frustrating.

Hi M.,

You'll need to contact your employer to obtain an English language edition. The language changing capability for the menus is not
included in the Swedish localized language edition of MS Office.
