how can i change the way outlook 2003 looks (pun intended0

is there a way to change the colour combination of the outlook screens ? I
remember having a blue combination (for both the screens and the New mail
Desktop Alert), but currently everything looks brown.

For the main outlook windows, it (and the other office apps) picks up the
color scheme from windows theme.
