How Can I Change Timesheet Classifications in PWA 2007?

In Project Server 2007, if a Team Member creates a Timesheet, adds one
or more lines to the Timesheet and selects from a predefined list of
Timesheet Classifications, enters hours on those lines, then submits
the Timesheet... is it possible for the Timesheet Approver to modify
the Timesheet Classifications that were selected by the Team Member?

The scenario is this: a Team Member adds a line to the Timesheet and
selects "Expensed" from the list Timesheet Classifications, but this
was an incorrect selection, and the Timesheet Approver needs to change
the classification from "Expensed" to "Capitalized" (another value in
the Timesheet Classifications list). Can this be done at approval
time?
