On opening Outlook I received the message:

"Error in registry for extension 'Exchange Extensions;E'. Syntax or format
of the registry entry is incorrect. Check out the registry settings and
compare the registry for this extension to other extensions in the registry."

Thanks. Where do I go to check my registry settings (or to locate
extend.dat), please?

Locate extend.dat and rename it to .old and then try again.

Depnds on your version of Windows. You can always do a search on your hard
drive. Make sure you include hidden files/folders when searching for it.
