With the "track changes" feature turned on, I can review a subordinates Visio
flowchart and overlay my comments/suggestions on top of his original drawing.
When s/he makes those suggested changes, he is modifying the original
flowchart so the orignal is now modified. I want to be able to "check in the
changes" s/he made back to his/her original flowchart to see if they were
made correctly. It is difficult to see this without comparing the suggested
changes back to the original, alongside with the modified charts, to insure
the suggestions were appropriately incorporated into the modified flowchart.
The only way I can think to do this is to copy the original flowchart
drawing to a new tab so the new tab drawing becomes the modified copy. This
way, I can review the original flowchart with my comments (via track changes)
against the modified (new tab) flowchart. However, this gets cumbersom on a
multi-page flowchart. Any thoughts?
