How can I combine several inboxes (from separate installs) into o.

Over the past couple of years, I have had crashes that required I reinstall
Windows XP and Outlook. Each time, I "lose" my old inbox. I can find the
old file okay, but I can't find any way to pull the data into my current
inbox. Could anybody give me a step-by-step procedure of how to combine the
data?
