How can I convert a Groove workspace to a "file sharing" workspace

There are a few workspaces I've had since version 2.x. I want to convert
them into a file sharing workspace (in order to enable back-ups off the hard
drive). Is there a simple way to convert a standard workspace to a "file
sharing" space, or do I need to copy everything out of the workspace into a
new file sharing space?
