How can I convert a JPG file to word

Jay Freedman

I am trying to convert a JPG File to word 2007 but cannot seem to do it.

If you mean that the JPG has text in it and you want to be able to edit it, you
need optical character recognition (OCR) software. You may have Microsoft Office
Document Imaging installed along with Office, and that can do a fair job of OCR.

If you just want to include the JPG in a Word document as a picture, go to the
Insert tab of the ribbon and click the Picture button, then choose the JPG's
file name from the dialog.
