How can I convert a Publisher 2000 files to EPS?

I was asked for JPG or EPS files of a project I worked on. I converted the
Publisher files (using Irfanview) to JPGs/300dpi as was asked for and I was
told that they were very pixilated or unopenable. I don't have the
capability to convert to EPS (unless someone can tell me how). Publisher
also has "pack & go" which I tried with no success. I have considered
sending all the elements (pictures & copy) as separate JPG files hoping they
could be composed according to a hard copy I could supply but don't know if
that would be feasible.

I was able to create PDF files and it looks like they will work. I'll try
the EPS link as a back up. Thanks.
