How can I convert form data back to tabbed text?

I have a document with a lot of the content (listing of campgrounds) entered
in forms.

Now the publisher of this book tells me that they are unable to handle this
document because they can't convert the MS Word forms into PageMaker and so
they want me to redo all the form information in a tabbed format.

ex. form has the following info
tables: yes type: tent and trailer
toilets: yes number of sites: 10
fishing: yes handicapped access: yes
... etc

they want it with tab columns rather than form.

Is there a way to convert data in forms back to regular text?

If this is a form with form fields, try using the "Save data only for forms"
setting on the Save tab of Tools | Options. I have not tried this, but I
think you'll end up with comma-separated values, and you can replace the
commas with tabs.

If by "form" you mean just a table, use Table | Convert Table to Text,
separating with tabs.
