How Can I Convert MS Journal Entries Into a Report

I use Journal - Microsoft Outlook to track the work that I do through out the
day: email, documents, tasks ect. I have a requirement to create weekly
reports of the work I performed. Is there a way to export these various
activities into a report?

You can export (File/Import and Export) the Journal to another file format,
such as Excel or Access, or you can display the List view and copy/paste to
a Word document.

Depending on how much effort you want to put into this you can export the
data as an Access database and use its reporting functionality.

I also need to be able to track the Activities for a specific Contact and was
glad to see this discussion - however, I do not have the option to Export
(File -Export). I believe I have V2003 of Office. Any other suggestions?

I would very much like to use the Activity section (tracking and journaling)
to keep up with communications with my customers.

Thanks - Lisa
