How can I convert my ACT 6.0 database to Outlook 2003?

I have purchased the ACT TO OUTLOOK 2003 software from PersonalCRM but it
does not work well. While it converts some notes it does not convert ALL the
notes. If anyone knows of a way to convert my entire ACT 6.0 data base
accurately, and completly, it would certainly be appreciated if you could
advise me.
