How can I convert my Word .docx documents (Office 2007) to MS Read

Greetings all,
I don’t know how many of you use Microsoft’s eBook client program “Readerâ€,
but I use it and I like it.
It used to be possible (when I was still using Word 2002) to install an
add-in that would magically convert Word docs into eBooks! It was pretty
peachy-keen. But now, after upgrading to Office 2007, I seem to have lost
that functionality.
Has anyone else experienced this shortcoming?
Does anyone know what can be done? Is there a workaround, or perhaps some
shareware that will do the trick?
